Doug Withstandley

Doug enters 2007-08 , his second season with the Jags, as the new head coach. A 2001 Jackson Memorial Graduate, Doug had a stellar career wearing the Red and Black. He finished as a 4X NJ State placewinner,finishing 6th, 6th, 3rd and in 2001 he was the NJSIAA 140lb State Champion. He finished with 132 career wins which puts him as Jackson's All time career win leader. Dewy went on and was a 4 year starter for Purdue and also qualified twice for the NCAA Divion 1 Championships. He was a runner-up at 141 lbs at the 2004 Big 10 Championships. He won over 80 collegiate matches wrestling in America's premier conference. Doug was hired this year to teach Health and Physical Education. Loves to fish in his free time.
